Sunriver is located only 15 miles south of Bend, Oregon, and only 33 miles from Central Oregon's major airport in Redmond. Redmond Airport is serviced by Alaska Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines with direct daily flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Portland. Sunriver has a small airport which offers pilots and those with private planes to fly right into Sunriver (S21).

Redmond Airport - Drive time 45 minutes
-- Exit Airport and follow signs on access road heading towards Bend. Drive underneath highway overpass and left onto entrance ramp for US 97 Southbound
-- Continue on US 97 southbound
-- Go through Bend and continue for approximately 15 miles from the south end of Bend City limits to the Sunriver exit #153. Turn right onto S. Century Drive/Exit 153.

-- Exit the Sunriver resort area at the round-a-bout. Veer right onto S. Century Dr
-- Turn right outside of the Sunriver resort area at the round-a-bout (you'll be on S. Century Drive)
-- Continue going straight. This road turns into Spring River Rd.
-- Spring River Rd becomes NF road 40
-- Turn Right onto NF road 45 / Edison Ice Cave Rd (it is well-marked with signage)
-- At the junction stay straight to get onto westbound Cascade Lakes Hwy (it is well-marked with signage)
-- Cascade Lakes Hwy ends at Mt. Bachelor Resort, West Village, in Winter season

Portland Airport - Drive time 3.5 hours
-- Exit Airport and take I-205 Southbound to I-84 Eastbound. Take Exit 16 ( Wood Village exit) Southbound towards Gresham
-- Follow signs for US 26 Eastbound. Continue on US 26 East approximately 101 miles to Madras, where US 26 merges with US 97
-- Continue on US 97 Southbound approximately 50 miles through Redmond and Bend and continue for approximately 15 miles from the south end of Bend City limits to the Sunriver exit #153. Turn right onto S. Century Drive/Exit 153.
