Sunset Realty has three nightly rates for our rental homes and condos

Off Season - January 2 through June 22. Then again from Labor Day through December 15. The Off Season rate doesn't apply to lodging specials and President's Day Weekend.

Peak Season - June 22 through Labor Day, and during the start of Christmas break (December 15-25) and President's Day weekend.
This nightly rate also applies to any of the lodging specials. When you book a vacation home under one of our lodging specials (Fall, Winter, and Spring), you pay the Peak Season nightly rate.

New Year's Rate: December 26 through New Year's Day. This is the busiest time of year in Sunriver, so make sure to book as far in advance as you can. Many of our larger homes where a large family or multiple families can celebrate the holidays all together under one roof go very fast. We recommend making a reservation one year in advance.

Minimum Night Stays - Throughout the year, Sunset Realty has minimum stay requirements during the busiest seasons and holidays. In certain circumstances, we may be able to work in a shorter stay during these peak periods if we can find an open window of time between stays. Please call our office to inquire about shorter stays during peak periods.

We may drop the minimum stay requirements if we still have some vacancies as we get closer to the peak period. We will make these announcements on our specials page, or in our monthly email newsletter, so make sure to sign up today!
