Sunset Realty is the second largest room tax collector in the unincorporated areas of Deschutes County.
For 2006, Sunset Realty’s room tax collections are up by 9.56%. Deschutes County room tax collections are up by 6.60%, which puts us almost 3% ahead of the curve. This indicates that we are increasing our market share directly from our Sunriver competitors as the community of Sunriver historically accounts for 68% to 70% of the total room tax collections in the unincorporated areas of Descutes County.
